Mary and Max
A tale of friendship between two unlikely pen pals: Mary, a lonely, eight-year-old girl living in the suburbs of Melbourne, and Max, a forty-four-year old, severely obese man living in New York. In the mid-1970s, a homely, friendless Australian girl of 8 picks a name out of a Manhattan phone book and writes to him; she includes a chocolate bar. He writes back, with chocolate. Thus begins a 20-year correspondence. Will the two ever meet face to face?

Mary and Max – fantastic movie. This movie, which I free even refuse to compare with the other ones is the masterpiece created by my favorite director. The movie is openly dreamlike, and like most dreams it moves uncertainly down a path with many turnings.
I’m the huge fan of movies like this This movie has destroyed my mind and nothing will happen after that I still remember the first time I watched Mary and Max online. It was simply an awesome experience that I remember to this day.
