For me, this movie is one of the best movie released in the year 2008. Most movies, even the greatest ones, evaporate like mist once you’ve returned to the real world; they leave memories behind, but their reality fades free quickly. But not The American Akira. I was so impressed of The American Akira that I ended up watching it eleven times in cinema and few times watch online.
There are some stages in this movie that I will remember them until death. The story is really solid, the pacing is great, and all of the actors give great performances. The amount of details and little aspects of the movie that you can find years and years later is absolutely cool.
Sure there are classic movies which everyone like, and they are great. But The American Akira is just non stop awesome from start to finish. I just bought this movie on blu ray and decided to upload full movie The American Akira here, so now this movie will be available online free for all.
